This is a true Weiss bier with 50% wheat as a base malt which gifts a bready, doughy undertone. Sparsely hopped to let the grains and yeast shine.

This gorgeous blonde elixir starts with a tart citrus on the palette and hint of vanilla in aroma. Quickly they succumb to mild banana and clove before finishing dry and refreshing...its brewing alchemy!
