If you have read our blog articles about our brewery spent grains, then you will know that our restaurant is lucky enough to have a partnership with Otaranui Farm right here in Lyttelton, who feed their cows and goats on spent grains from our brewery. The beef and goat come back to our kitchen and now feature in signature dishes in our restaurant. Last month we launched our extra special Goanese Goat Curry, pictured below, with meat from Otaranui Farm. A full circle from Brewery to Paddock to Plate.
